"The kindest staff and best hospital experience."

Having undergone a heart procedure last Friday, I cannot speak highly enough of the care which I received. I was admitted to the Holly Suite where I was met by smiling staff who calmed me ready for my operation. Once I was in the operating theatre, all of the members of staff surrounding me introduced themselves to me one at a time and explained their role in the procedure. I found this very comforting and caring of them to take the time to do this to ensure that I felt calm and relaxed. They were constantly reassuring me throughout the operation and I felt very included in decisions that were being made. Once the operation was over and I was recovering in aftercare, the nurses continued to put a smile on my face by telling jokes and making me feel as comfortable as possible. I have now had 2 operations at the Holly Suite and can't thank the staff enough for the high level of care they have provided.
