I was admitted into the Rotherham District General Hospital for a hernia repair. I stayed on ward B5. The staff at all times kept me well informed and were pleasant.
However, the food was some of the worst that I have ever tasted.
After the operation which went very well, I was surprised to notice the next day that I had a small cut at the base of my penis which no one had mentioned to me. This was not explained to me.
