"Ambulatory care unit visit 11/10/2016"

About: Watford General Hospital

Referred to the unit by my GP due a severe allergic skin reaction to antibiotics. Arrived in the dept and dealt with by friendly efficient reception staff. Triaged by nurse quickly, then received treatment and was on the department for about four hours. Treatment explained and discharged. Told the department open any time if I had any further problems. Nothing was too much trouble.
