I'm writing this feed back sitting in the ante natal reception. My wife is pregnant for the 2nd time. This is the 1st appointment I got to see the midwife after so many phone calls I made to the hospital. Finally they gave us appointment on a Sunday at 9am. We have arrived 10mins before the appointment time.the place was very quite no staff was around not enough lighting. I saw a nurse passing us after 15mins I showed my appointment letter and asked the nurse whether they can help? The nurse was very rude to me and said some one will come. Now time is 9.25 just now one midwife came and gave my wife to get urine sample and fill the form. And the nurse disappeared for a while. Then the nurse took my wife into the room and left me outside. Why?
I m really worried now because the first appointment itself there is no category of friendly service then how can I trust that I will get the good service we will get in the coming months! My wife had the first baby at West Middlesex hospital and the care through the pregnancy was amazing.
Can you please let me know can we go back to West Middlesex hospital to continue the medical service.
