This was my second admission this year (Outpatients I) for cortisone injections in my hips and on both occasions I found all staff from the consultant to the porter to be courteous, reassuring, friendly and professional. I was never made to feel that I was a nuisance asking questions- I understand that waiting is involved as the surgeons and anaesthetists have to see all patients before they go into theatre but so long as you're prepared for that it's not a problem. I have a relative who for genuine health issues is frequently in FPH via A and E or admissions and he has never felt any cause for complaint.its a great hospital and the staff do an amazing job. Thank you
