"Poor experience of Choose and Book in Bristol"

I got referred to Southmead endocrine clinic in Bristol and was sent a choose and book form by my GP.

I went online where it said no appointments available and to phone for information. I phoned - a long message which said they were extremely busy and I might prefer to call back another time. Got though immediately to be told no appointments were available and that they would put my name through to the department who should contact me within 14 days with an appointment.

What a pointless system.
