"Parking & pick up facilities"

A nice, friendly hospital staffed by caring, professional people irrespective of their role in the organization. However, there is clearly a need to reorganize the parking arrangements. There's never enough parking - that's true wherever we go - but a total rethink is required at Somerfield in order to maximize what is available. Today, my wife had to bring me to the entrance of the inpatients reception area but was unable to park without having to reverse along the side of the hospital in order to reach the entrance. I was using a wheelchair. This a) was a tricky manoevre and b) annoyed other people who were trying to park near bye. A simple solution would be to create a circular through route without cars being stuck in the way. A long - term solution would to level the whole area and start again. It's obviously been extended piecemeal and is now ready for a refit!
