What I liked

the doctor i seen,really helpful,explained the procedure i will be undergoing in full.

What could be improved

staff nurses!i was seen by doctor at app. time but then sat over 45mins waiting for my obs to be done still to no avail!having suffered a miscarriage i was told to have a seat next to the tv which was a double door away from materity ward with numerous babies crying!just what i needed to hear.another lady had to walk away as it was very upsetting for all.had to go up to nurse station to see what was happening to find them all just sitting chatting oblivious to patients waiting to be seen by them.only then to be told i could go home,didnt need obs done even though dct askd for them to be done again.seems they are above dctr authority now.absoultly disgusted at situation especially at a time like this when u need support

port not just left feeling like a nusience to them.also room i was in had empt needle packets etc lying around and blood on table.

Anything else?

i had miscarriage last year and treatment was fabulous from doctors and nurses,treated with dignity and respect from all, dont know whats gone wrong this time,totally different!!
