What I liked
After waiting to see the doctor, things sped up quite quickly. I was looked after by several nurses and the doctor I spoke to was calm, friendly and really seemed like they wanted to help and find out what was wrong with me. The talk with the doctor was in-depth and we talked through my problems slowly, making sure to cover them. I had several tests done and everyone was friendly and made me feel calm; from the people doing my x-ray, to the several nurses and doctor that helped along the way.
What could be improved
The waiting time could be improved. There was a screen saying the wait could be 2-3 hours, so I was lucky as my wait was just under 2 hours. I also needed to make a phone call but I couldn't get signal on my phone and I wasn't allowed to leave - a minor complaint as they were obviously concerned about me. I was also very hungry as I was in the hospital from 6am to nearly 12pm without having any breakfast or dinner and I did feel quite dizzy. A quick break to have a bit of food (I did mention it) would have been nice.
Anything else?
The catering staff were also nice and willing to make me any sandwich I wanted. Just a nice touch to a good experience.
