(as the patient),

While having bloods taken after an appointment at the Vasculitis/Nephrology clinic, I felt unwell and faint. Nurse Janice and Charge Nurse Fiona took exceptional care of me. They found somewhere for me to lie down and made sure that I had something to eat and drink. They only completed the bloods and allowed me to leave once they were sure that I felt better. They were both very kind and caring. I have thanked them but it would be nice if management could also recognise their efforts.
