"Poor communication"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Medicine (Wards 5 & 8)

(as the patient),

Third visit to outpatients recently at Wishaw general. Staff call name and put you into a room no explanation of how long you will have o wait. No hello my name is... poor communication when attending for stressful apts, in my experience.  Disappointed
