What I liked

Went for a scan and that was handled professionally.

What could be improved

After waiting for 6 weeks for the result of the scan which never came, I tried to get in touch with the consultant. The phone always goes in the voice mail. Left several messages and spoke to the secretary several time but after 5-6 months no one has bothered to come back to us nor have received the results of the scan. We are still waiting.....

Anything else?

Consultants need to show some respect towards patients and not think that they god's gift to people and not answerable to anyone. I wish to make a formal compliant about the consultant but there is just no one to contact. Simply there is no communication and no transparency so incompetent consultants and staff hide behind the phone as there is no one they are answerable to.
