"Horrible experience of Spire Harpenden"

About: Spire Harpenden Hospital

Appaled at the care i'be received from them, I've just been called at 4:55pm the night before a mole removal operation to say it's been cancelled. No explanation of why or a rescheduled appointment. I really didn't need this sort of stress on top of worrying that the mole could be cancerous.
