"My physiotherapist and consultant ..."

About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

(as the patient),

What I liked

My physiotherapist and consultant were very experienced and treated me with respect, supplying me with helpful information and support.

What could be improved

Allow time at reception as although the Reception staff were very helpful and polite, queues formed due to high number of calls and patients appointments.

Anything else?

I travel quite a distance to attend but do not mind this as I benefit from the support, treatment and advice given to me. Conventional drugs do not help me whereas the homoeopathic remedies, acupuncture and advice really make a difference.

Thank you for your constructive feedback, we are very pleased to hear that you find our service helpful and supportive.

Sometimes, like when there is a group session, the number of patients attending is very high or during staff lunch break periods, patients may have to wait a little longer than usual. Also there are occasions when patients have to book a series of weekly appointments; this takes time. We always look for ways to improve our services and will look into this. Thanks for the feedback.

We are very glad you have found our service helpful. Thank you for the feedback.
