About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / Emergency ambulance East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / NHS 111

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter called 111 because her heart was racing at over 200 beats a minute and she had chest pains. The operator called an ambulance.

An hour later the ambulance department phoned to say it would be at least another 2 hours before an ambulance got to her and recommended that she find someone to take her to hospital.

I am sorry that you have had cause to raise concerns about East of England Ambulance Service. I am sorry that we did not meet you expectations on this occasion.
