"Ward D47"

I have just had a two night stay on ward D47 after major surgery and felt I really must say a big thank you to everyone involved in my care. From the staff on admission in the day care unit, to theatre staff and my consultant they all put me at ease and were absolutely lovely. Then onto D47 which I was in a side room and I must say it was absolutely spotless, the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble no matter what time of day or night. I would like to say a big thank you to the auxiliary nurse who supported me throughout my stay - the nurse was an absolute angel and looked after me like a true friend. I could not find any fault during my stay at all and a big thank you everyone you are a credit to our NHS
