What I liked

Medical staff 100% Perfect. Appointment times 50%. Now lets talk about none medical staff in appointments department, totally incompetent, rude, will never give or alter appointment times if you do ever get an through on the phone. Expect you to attend with only 2 days notice are we not allowed to have a life. what happens to arrangements we have already made. It is time that these members of office staff started acting in a manner that was caring and understanding towards the Patients. Would these same Office staff also remember that when the Consultant says he wants to see you in 4 weeks he means FOUR weeks not 7/8. weeks.

What could be improved

Bring back matrons
