When I received a letter from my doctor's surgery informing me that a Matron was coming to visit me I was very sceptical. But Matron Michaela arrived and immediately put me at ease explaining her reason for coming.
I was then examined and and given advice about courses I could attend to improve my conditions and then went through if any benefits were available.
My quality of life has improved unbelievably. Thank you.
