What I liked

My appointment was scheduled quickly as there had been a cancellation.

What could be improved

I went to see a specialist and then pharmacy. In both cases, a little preparation would have meant a 3 hour visit could have been done in about 30 minutes. In particular, the specialist had no notes for me and it delayed my appointment by an hour while they found/made some. Likewise, if the specialist had phoned my presciption through to the pharmacy that would have saved some of a 45 minute wait.
