"Vile environment."

Very poor environment. Not what you should get even from an NHS hospital let alone a private one. Rooms have damp and disrepair almost everywhere you turn. Infection control measures are non-existant. If you try and complain they won't respond at all unless it goes to the office of their Executive Director. Even then the response you will get back will be full in inaccuracy, lies and threats.
