About: The Royal London Hospital For Integrated Medicine

(as the patient),

What I liked

Being treated as a whole person; not a series of symptoms. Everything prescribed was explained to me and my feedback carefully listened to. Altogether the atmosphere was very healing.

What could be improved

Not much, but the reception desk and pharmacy were often busy and took time.

We are pleased that Ms Hardy would recommend the hospital and the experience is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the RLHH staff.

We are sorry that waiting times in the pharmacy and reception were longer than acceptable. We are looking at ways to reduce waiting times in both of these areas in response to patient feedback
