"Compassionate nurse"

I would like to convey my appreciation for the compassion given to myself and my family from the staff at Rubislaw Park Care home during a difficult time, in particular the nurse Irene.

My great aunt was a temporary resident there for respite after a operation. However, she passed away a week after her operation.

My grandmother was contacted as her next of kin late at night to be told the bad news. The nurse who spoke to my grandmother was called Irene (I think). She was extremely compassionate, my grandparents and mother all said how she made this difficult moment better.
