What I liked

Every single person, of which there were very many, that attended my medical needs, during my six day stay at FPH starting with my admission by ambulance, were truly marvellous in EVERY respect.

From the moment I arrived to the time I was discharged on the afternoon of the 26th. April 2010 I was treated with much respect and kindness by every single contact.

The prevailing attitude and work ethic oozed with professionalism, team spirit, ambience, genuine concern, reassurance and empathy.

I cannot praise FPH highly enough in every single respect including the food and beverages I was served and the choices given for each meal.

What could be improved

I cannot think of anything that could have improved my experience at FPH. However perhaps additional nursing staff are needed to take the pressure off the existing very hard working teams.
