What I liked

Ambulance crew and nurses were so kind and very understanding. They gave me except care and attention and provided me with the support and dignity I needed.

What could be improved

The Doctor appeared not to be interested in helping. I was scared and the doctor was so cold. I had serious head injury and they did not help. I needed another catheter as well, when I asked if they could do it the doctor tutted. If they could have shown a little bit of care it would have been a much better experience and I would not have felt like I was not important. It took me six days to pluck up the courage to go and the doctor didn't help with that attitude.

Anything else?

I have always had fantastic care, the RBH has come to my rescue many times and even had to save my life. So the Doctor in this case shocked me and frightened the hell out of me. He let the RBH down. One bad egg against all the lovely not too much a problem. So thank you RBH yet again. I felt a freak having the seizures but the paramedic was very nice to me. He didn't get angry or anything so thank you.
