"Chemotherapy"

About: Park Hospital

This is a shambolic, abysmal organization of a department, inefficient in the administration of treatment. My first visit on the 24th October was very traumatic, an excuse was given that it was unusual for them to be so busy. Return visit on 31st October for what should only be a 10 - 15 minute maximum infusion of vinorelbine has now resulted in a 3 hour 25 minute stay and I have still not received the infusion. I understand I require anti-sickness medicine, steroids and flushing etc before the infusion, but to treat the paying patient to the unnecessary levels of stress is inexcusable and unforgivable.
