if all the doctor agree on the same stuff but ever1 said different things. very disappointing....

i want my medial report.i had my baby wid an emergency c section and had wound infection and me wound is still open after 4 months and ive been in alot of pain im a single parent nobody looked after me properly.i dont know wt shall i do i just want my medical report and the rest my solicitor will handle.thanks
