What I liked

Many staff were very friendly

What could be improved

Communication between staff. Not losing my medical notes twice. Having to have repeated tests as no-one could recall the previous results. Became ill in Feb 2010 and now over two months on I am still without treatment because of all these errors I am now due back at the hospital in 4 weeks I am told that this is how long it will take for them to find my records and gather all test results together. My condition is worsening and I feel constantly fobbed off and have absolutley no faith left in the staff at Pinderfields.
