What I liked

I have been a patient at the Glenfield a few times and have at all times found the treatment there nothing short of first class, I have nothing but admiration for the doctors, the Nurses (and the time time they have for you) I'm impressed at the cleanliness of the whole hospital and even the food was enjoyable.

We mustn't forget the outpatient clinics- they too are run with efficiency.

As a regular inpatient and outpatient in both hospitals What i dont understand is, if the Glenfield can get it so right howcome the LRI gets it so wrong???!!!
