Nothing at all cannot find one good point about the Hospital or the environment.

What could be improved

My Dad is currently in a ward that looks and smells absolutely disgusting. You have to hold your noise when visiting. During my visits I have noticed a number of staff find time to stand around and chat and laugh while poor patients are in need of their help, calling in some cases. I personally saw a great lack of respect for an elderly man who was confused the nurse was laughing at is discomfort how appaulling is that? What has happened to the 'Caring Profession' this ward was seriously lacking it! Unfortunately, communication is a great problem within the hospital and the wards taking my Dad for instance he is hard of hearing and cannot understand the mix of languages therefore he becomes very confused and agitated as he feels it is his fault

Anything else?

This hospital needs a very big shake up it's a disgrace!
