The following is not regarding Alliance Medical. I want to try and understand why it takes so long to get appointments with the specialists you need and why information about pain clinics is not available easily?

It's actually quite unusual nowadays to wait a long time for an appointment with a specialist, so we'd really appreciate it if you could get in touch direct with our Patient Advice and Liaison Service and let us know which service you are referring to, so that we can look into it. If you can tell us where you looked for information about the pain clinic that will also help us plug any information gaps. Many thanks
