What I liked
My baby passed away in February due to cot death. On finding her we immediately phoned 999 and the ambulance team were at our home within minutes and she was at the hospital minutes later with the paramedic team working on her the whole time. When she arrived at hospital, there was a team ready and they tried for an hour to resuscitate her. Each one worked tirelessly and gave their heart and soul. We were taken taken to Treetops Ward and delivered into their care. For five days we had a dedicated team looking after my husband and I whilst we said our goodbyes. i can not speak highly enough of the paramedics, a&e team and especially the team on Treetops. They were outstanding in their professionalism and support. It is no understatement to say without them we would not be coping with what has happened. They are truly a credit to their profession and the hospital they serve.
What could be improved
Nothing they were outstanding
