"Bad diagnosis , no respect to parents"

About: James Paget University Hospital / Ear, Nose and Throat

as we were being seen by nurse. This member of staff had no respect in their way of speech towards us and gave us a bad diagnosis and was just plain rude telling us to stop smoking which was not related to the child's illness . Their body language was telling us clearly that they did not want to see us. It didn't seem that they knew what they were doing neither experience with small children.
