What could be improved

The price of the car park is rediculous, i had to take my daughter to A and E, I had to find a place to park before I could take her into the hospital as you have a little jobs worth making sure no one parks any where near A and E, fair enough you need to make room for the ambulances but when you are a single parent you really need some support,

We are sorry that you have experienced difficulties with the parking on site at Kings Mill. We are undergoing major building work at present and are very sorry that this has had to affect parking. This will be much improved once the build is complete.

The charges for parking have enabled the hospital to increase security on site (including reducing theft of vehicles and added security for both patients and staff).

Your comments about the staff member on duty has been fed back to the management team responsible. Thank you for letting us know how you feel.
