"An outstanding example of National Health Service at its best"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Elderly Medicine (Ward 1 and 2)

(as a relative),

My Mum has been ward 2 New Victoria for a couple months, and I wanted to congratulate the staff on this ward.

The nursing staff, Emily and rest of OT, Domestics, Entertainments co-ordination, should be very proud, they run a fantastic ward where patients all appeared to be well cared for. Every aspect of there care seems to be covered and all staff go about there duties in a positive and caring mood, creating a lovely environment in the ward.

Nothing seems to be too much bother for them, they have a great relationship with the patients.

An outstanding example of National Health Service at its best, well done to the entire team on ward 2.

I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking great care of my mum, who has Alzheimer's as she means the world to us. People are always quick to judge in a negative way, so I would like this positive feedback to be passed on to that entire team on that ward 10/10 in every aspect of your care.
