What I liked
The Coronary Care Unit did a wonderful job on me after my heart attack. The nursing staff on the ward were brilliant - I can't thank them enough for the competent, caring, friendly environment they provided. Plenty of banter too - you couldn't imagine matron in the old days doing that! Teamwork was the key to the surgery - all so quick, calm and efficient. And effective too (touch wood) now I've been home a couple of days.
A big thanks to all in CCU who operated on me and cared for me pre and post op.
What could be improved
