What I liked

The brilliant professionalism of all the staff I encountered,

What could be improved

sad to say there weren't enough of them and thus the two hour wait. Airflow in the waiting room could have been improved

Anything else?

I think if the environment was improved it would be morale boosting for the staff, I only had to be there for two hours they work there all the time
