What I liked

I want to compliment the rheumatology team at Wansbeck Hospital.

The team have been truly supportive and forward thinking in terms of my treatment and have made it clear from the start that the patient comes first.

All of the team are professional and dedicated, teaching me how to manage my disease with clear and easy-to-understand information. also all the clerical staff in the outpatient departments at both Wansbeck and Alnwick Infirmary for their cheerful greetings and help with appointments.

I believe this team are an asset not only to the Trust but also to the medical professional which often gets negative feedback. We should be very happy to have them here in Northumberland - long may they stay with us!
