"Rude staff who ignore you and your bad drug..."

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Urology

Have now got private health insurance to ensure i never have to put up with the NHS again. Nurses are incredibly rude and cold, and doctors are patronising, brash and even ruder. I had a number of bad drug reactions - none of these recorded by staff, and when I mentioned them I was ignored and the nurses tried to give me the drug regardless. Requests to nurses met with rolling of the eyes and sighing, I was moved bed twice and ward twice for no reason causing additional stress. I hated every moment and couldn't wait to leave. As a male I cried myself to sleep with loneliness every night as the staff were so horrible and rude to me in such a cold environment. None of the staff showed any care for my wellbeing. The Marlowe ward where I started was a lot better but then I was moved to the Clarke ward which was worse than what I imagine prison to be like. I never saw the same doctor more than once, and they never spared me more than 5 minutes of their time. Absolutely terrible. Appalled that my taxes go to this. Shameful!
