"First Appointment"

My name is June and I had an appointment at 7.40 on 21st October.

I was greeted by a very polite Receptionist good start.

I was early and was asked to take a seat, my name was called on time and the Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner introduced themselves and Job title to me.

I was given a thorough examination and things were explained regarding the injury in a manner that i was able to understand, I felt reassured throughout the session and options were discussed as to what could be done for me.

Before i left I had an appointment to attend a physio session and also met the Physiotherapist i was booked in with.

An all round excellent service.
