What I liked
The Physiotherapy Department was very welcoming and the staff were very professional and put me at ease during all stages of my treatment. The department was very clean and efficient. During all of my sesions my physio' gave me the encoragment i needed to do my exorcises at home thus speeding up my recovery time. All in all a good and worthwhile experience.
What could be improved
The blood test department always had big queues during the morning, the staff worked flat out and could have done with more haemotoligists on site during the busy period.
Anything else?
Overall since my serious car accident in Sept' 09 the NHS has been fantastic in all aspectes of my care. Well Done and thankyou to all involved.
