What I liked

The a&e tec who put on my plaster cast.

He has excelent bedside manner and is a credit to your hospital, very kind, considerate, and a very pleasant member of staff

What could be improved

The lack of bedside manner and clear lack of care and treatment from the consultants (one of the rudiest consultants i have ever met) in your a & e department

Disgusting behaviour, no care, consideration, physical harm (forcing someone to shake there bad hand/ wrist after i complained of pain) refusing to x ray my hand after i had been told previously i would have an x ray when i returned on the 30/04/10

The other points i will make will be in a complaint letter, which will be sent asap

Anything else?

I would highly recommend that the doctor stop treating his paitients terribly and help them, not belittle them and put them through pain, and he should learn a bedside manner from the other doctor as he has it in abundance
