"Rude triage nurse!"

Went to UCC 21st October approximately 12.30 reception staff was excellent,X-rays staff there was only one nurse doing X-ray and booking, they were very good, excellent communication.But I was disappointed with triage nurse was very rude and sharp and abrupt ! Had door open each time they assessed patients (could listen to patients personal information breaking confidentiality) please give this your Urgent attention !

In some healthcare settings streaming does take place in an open area.

We are fortunate that we have a streaming room and confidentiality is important to us, therefore service users are able to ask for the door to be shut.

We will definitely look into this further to ensure it is happening.
