We moved to the area a few months ago and have been very impressed with the quality of care and efficiency shown by all members of the Shipston Medical Centre team.
From the friendly and helpful staff on reception and dispensary, through to the empathetic doctors and nurses.
Everyone we have come into contact with so far has a 'nothing too much trouble' attitude.
We particularly appreciate the online Patient Access service, ease of getting appointments over the telephone and super fast flu jab process.
Knowing the pressure the NHS is under at the moment we wanted to say how impressed and appreciative we are of all concerned.
