"Very unhappy visitor"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

My relative has been in broadgreen hospital recently and I am very unhappy with the treatment they have received they have a picc line institute and they was ment to have the dressing changes on it on the Tuesday when they arrived there as it is ment to be changed every 7 days and we are on Saturday and it still has not been changed as they say they have none of the dressing and also they put the picc line in so they didn't not have to keep putting needles in to her to take bloods and to have Iv antibiotics however they have not used it to take bloods and now my relative has bruises on their wrists n arms and hands because they had to take bloods and would not take it from the picc line.
