"Everyone I met were professional, courteous and kind"

I wanted to write to say how impressed I was with my appointment today at the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. I was seen on time and had a number of investigations and every person I met technicians, nursing assistants, physiologists, radiologist and consultant were professional, courteous and kind. As a fellow health professional it can be disappointing when you are on the "other" side of the process and things don't go as you had hoped. Today I was proud to be part of that workforce and would like to express my thanks
