"Wonderful treatment"

I have Ankylosing Spondylitis and have been attending the Monklands for many years for treatments which has been first class throughout from Dr Munro and his staff (orthopedic dept. )with quick and attentive treatment. Today I phoned Dr Munros sec. Rosalyn, as I had a severe flare up and in considerable pain and discomfort to see if I could have a steroid inj. to ease the symptoms. She contacted Sister Docherty at Wishaw Hospital. who in turn contacted me in 10mins. I told her my prob. and she said she would be in touch, she phoned me again 5 mins. later and had arranged for me to get the inj. At Monklands Hospital. straight away, I went and was very quickly dealt with by the nurse who did the inj. and Dr Munro also took time to speak to me. From my initial phone call to being treated was about just over 1 hour, and I find this absolutely First Class treatment from everybody involved from start to finish, Could you please pass this email on to Dr Munro and his staff for their wonderful treatment.
