"Awful experience"

About: Spire Gatwick Park Hospital

(as the patient),

I paid privately to see a doctor. I had my initial consultation, a scan and then had the doctor explain the scan to me. What a waste of money. The doctor didn't appear to care. I chose this doctor because my problem was one of their specialities & interest.

The doctor was on her mobile phone several times, texting whilst talking to me in my appointments. The doctor didn't listen to anything I said and was concentrating on something completely different  The doctor didn't give me any information except for when I asked a question and they gave me very basic answers. I had to ask about further options and investigations from my own research rather than the doctor tell me about things, next steps.

My GP was also very disappointed once I told her what happened.
