Today I had a full body MRI scan and was terrified. But with the help of the member of staff who did my scan at 5PM well i was showed the machine first. Talking to me throughout and telling me how long each scan would take plus giving me glasses that let me see out the tunnel. I actually managed to stay in the tunnel for 40 minutes for the first time. I usually refuse to even get in the machine.
"Extremely claustrophobic"
