What could be improved
I was very upset, on paying my car parking fee in the entrance hall, to have the machine respond "Thank you. Have a nice day." This was most inappropriate having been in the evening with a very sick friend. "Thank you" would be polite and sufficient. More thought and consideration needs to be given and "Have a nice day" should be removed.
