(as the patient),

I came to the day surgery for an operation on my left elbow. Would just like to say a huge thank you to all staff. You made my day as perfect as it could have been. Made sure I was relaxed an took my fear of being put to sleep away. The OP went great. couldn't have asked for better experienced people. Thank you all once again. Oh an to the young trainee nurse excellent at her job.
